"Lord,grant us Your strength and wisdom, that we may seek to follow Your will in all things"
This is a small little painting I did last week. It is the first time I have painted since the fires destroyed our home over Labor Day weekend. There are so many images of fire in my head. I'm sure there will be several more fire paintings. The challenge in this painting besides the emotional one was capturing the intensity of the power and heat.
15 months later: I have decided to use this for the 1st station of the cross. It has been a very painful one to bear.
