I just entered this in a contest and was accepted. I'm thrilled. I so love the vibrant colors. These flowers speak of joy of life to me. The larger tulip at the bottom of the painting seems very "coy", full of life but a bit shy.
Fullness of beauty and joy. Tulips are a too-fleeting pleasure. In the garden, and especially cut and in a vase, they never last long enough. And their beauty is intense. The phrase about God so clothing the plants/flowers of the field comes to mind. Perhaps the bottom tulip is bending a bit to the weight of glory!
