This seems to be my week for reworking old paintings. I totally changed the background for this still life and feel so much better about it. Perhaps it helps to get up at 4:30 and try to use the time wisely. Maybe I'm a before dawn painter.20 x 16

The contrasts of form and color are exciting. And the nestling feeling of the greenery draws me in. There is so much movement in this still life.
